Yoga & Mindfulness

Yoga and mindfulness offer gentle, accessible ways to connect with the body, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate presence. My approach integrates mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding practices to support emotional balance, stress relief, and overall well-being. All levels and bodies are welcome, no prior experience is necessary.

What I Offer
  • Individual yoga & mindfulness sessions – personalized practices to support emotional regulation, trauma recovery, or stress management.

  • Group classes – gentle, grounding sessions focused on slowing down, restoring balance, and cultivating connection.

  • Mindfulness-based workshops – focused offerings that explore breathwork, grounding, and guided meditation.

  • Integration with therapy – optional combination of yoga/mindfulness with talk or art therapy for a holistic approach.

About My Training

My yoga and mindfulness offerings are informed by specialized training in accessible, trauma-informed, and restorative practices:

  • 250 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification, Yoga Life Institute

  • 14-Hour Yin & Restorative Yoga Certification – supporting deep relaxation, stillness, and nervous system regulation.

  • 17-Hour Trauma Aware Yoga Certification – centering safety, choice, and agency in every class.

  • 14-Hour Kids Yoga Certification – integrating playful, age-appropriate mindfulness and movement for children.

These trainings shape my approach to create a compassionate, inclusive space for every body.

  • Location: In-person & online options

  • What to bring: Comfortable clothes, mat, water, and an open mind and heart
