Family Therapy
Family therapy offers a space for families to slow down, reconnect, and build new ways of communicating and supporting one another. Whether your family is navigating conflict, life transitions, parenting challenges, or the impact of trauma, our work together centers on creating more understanding and connection within your unique family system.
My approach honors the strengths already present in your family while supporting each member to feel heard, valued, and understood. Sessions can incorporate talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, and somatic grounding to help families communicate and regulate emotions together.

Collaborative & strengths-based: Your family brings its own wisdom. We build on what already works.
Creative & expressive: Art therapy can support expression when words are hard to find.
Trauma-informed: I create a space centered on safety, consent, and respect for all family members.
Culturally responsive: Each family’s story is unique, and our work honors that complexity.
