I currently offer the following options for covering the cost of therapy:

Self-Pay

• Individual Therapy - $165 for 50 minutes

• Parent Support Session - $80 for 30 minutes

• Couples/Family Therapy - $185 for 50 minutes

• Group Therapy - $65

• Individual Yoga/Mindfulness - $80

• Group Yoga/Mindfulness - $30

Sliding Scale

I believe therapy should be accessible regardless of financial circumstances. This tiered payment system is based on principles of economic justice and community care. Clients are invited to select the rate that best reflects their financial situation and access to resources. Higher tiers help sustain my practice and make it possible to offer reduced rates for those with fewer financial means. This approach is built on trust, fairness, and shared responsibility.

Superbill for Out-of-Network Reimbursement

A superbill is a detailed receipt I can provide after your therapy session that includes the necessary information your insurance company requires if you’d like to request out-of-network reimbursement. While I do not bill insurance directly, you can submit a superbill to your insurance provider to see if they will reimburse you for part of the cost of therapy. Coverage varies by plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, deductibles, and reimbursement rates.

Information about the Victims Compensation Assistance Program

The Sanctuary Space, LLC is registered to provide trauma therapy for crime victims through the Victims Compensation Assistance Program (VCAP). This is a Pennsylvania state-funded program that helps people who have been impacted by crime. It provides financial support to cover certain costs, making it easier for survivors and their families to manage the emotional, physical, and financial effects of what they’ve experienced.

• Adults may be eligible for up to $5,000 in counseling expense reimbursement.

• Minors may be eligible for up to $10,000 in counseling expense reimbursement.
